without thinking about...
Never give up on something
that you can't go a day
Originally from the Montreal area, Marielle grew up on Île-Bizard. She then moved to the countryside! Now a mother of four, she currently lives in Lac-Etchemin.
Marielle graduated in photography, then worked as a photographer and photo lab technician for 10 years. She always cherished the dream, deep in her heart, of one day having her own business!
An artist at heart and attracted by sewing design for a long time, she made her first creations in 2009. She is self-taught. In 2010, Marielle founded her company allowing her to work from home while remaining present for her children. She discovered Etsy in 2011 and opened her online store the same year!
In 2012, ecological awareness inspires her to create products designed to avoid everyday waste. After weeks of trial and error and testing, she released her first reusable sandwich bag in January 2013. Environmentally friendly and practical, it is designed to replace resealable plastic bags. It can be used for both dry snacks and sandwiches thanks to its food grade inner lining. Some people find it "too pretty" for sandwiches and use it as a small cosmetic kit! The instant success of this new product brings Marielle to redefine her brand and to devote herself to the creation of ecological products. A few years later, she developed coffee filters and tea bags that are also washable and reusable.
Demand is increasing and sales outlets are multiplying. Marielle can now count on Josée and Chantal for help with production and sewing. A small team is slowly forming!
Photography is still a passion for her. She is the author of all the photos on this site, except, of course, the portraits of her!
